Hospice of Northern Colorado
Serving Northern Colorado families since 1978.
Hospice of Northern Colorado’s mission is to honor and dignify life’s final journey by providing quality end of life care, consoling the grieving and educating the community. Our vision is to be the provider of choice and to set the standard of excellence for end of life care in Weld, Morgan and Larimer Counties. We are committed to service excellence, integrity, compassion, respect and universal access.
Our next 10-week Adult Support Group starts June 4th, call Julianne for details and to register at 970-352-8487. This group will be a combination of emotional support and grief education. It will meet 9 consecutive weeks, and then followed a month later by a reunion potluck for the 10th session.
We are the oldest non-profit, community based hospice, serving rural and urban communities of Colorado's Weld, Larimer and Morgan Conunties. For the past 35+ years we have been serving Northern Colorado families.
Hospice of Northern Colorado volunteers are dedicated to the wellbeing of our community. HNC ensures that volunteers are screened and trained in order to offer the best in compassionate care to hospice families.
